The company Chantal Woltring (aka Woltring Coaching) handles your data with care. Below you can read which data we store about you, what we do with it and how you can have it removed or adjusted. All information you provide to us will be treated confidentially in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
This statement relates to the website www.chantalwoltring.com and the company Chantal Woltring, established in Eindhoven, registered with the Chamber of Commerce with file number 63163780.
What data do we store?
We may store the name, message and e-mail address or telephone number (if applicable) of people who send in an email, use the website contact form or sign up for an pre-intake session.
In addition we store the physical address, chamber of commerce number (if applicable), bank account number of people who sign up for a coaching pre-intake session before the pre-intake session is held. This data is necessary for invoicing and we are obliged to keep it for 7 years for the tax authorities.
Chantal Woltring never uses the saved personal data for other purposes and is never passed on to third parties, unless this is required by law.
What do we use your data for?
We use your data for the following:
- Process a booking or provide services
- Create an invoice and process payment
- Provide you with support and/or additional information
- Ask for your feedback
- Inform you about our products and services
- You will only receive the newsletter email, newsletter if you have given explicit permission for this.

Google Analytics
We do not yet use Google Analytics nor cookies yet at this time but may do so in the future to analyze the visits to the website www.chantalwoltring.com. For this purpose, the sharing of all information will be turned off, a processing agreement will be concluded with Google and Chantal Woltring therefore will comply with the guidelines of the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
